Compass Institution is an initiative by the working professionals for the students and academically supported by well experienced trainers. Our objective is to provide career guidance and educational services to students and government job aspirants at a low cost. Our institute offers an extensive and comprehensive coaching for Bank, SSC and RRB. Our mission is to provide quality education instead of quantity services (A drop of honey catches more flies than a hogshead of vinegar). We have a vision to make competitive examination preparations more about smart work than about hard work. Working smart is harder than working hard. The present exam structures require the applicants to be an expert in time management and rigorous in their training . In such a scenario, we ensure that the student is trained inthe smartest way possible with apt utilization of time.
We are in a training process which helps our students to crack various competitive examinations. It was a good experience for us. And we are extremely happy to say that more than 50% of our students were directed towards their goal by compass in this short time. Among the hundreds of institutions all over Kerala, we are primarily focusing on service. Many other institutions are aiming for thousands of admissions and very less percentage of students are getting placed. But we concentrate on limited number of students in a batch, so as to give maximum care to each student, thereby turning the admissions into results. Life at The COMPASS Instituition
Terms and Conditions
- All students admitted in the institute must comply the rules and regulations that may be framed from time to time by the institute.
- Students are strictly restricted from recording the online sessions of the institute. Violations will be considered as piracy.
- Students won't be allowed to turn off the Video during online sessions and No guest/visitors shall be allowed with the students during class hours.
- 98% attendance is compulsory in all academic activities. In case of illness permission has to be taken from the dean of the institute to remain absent from studies.
- Students will be strictly adhere to maintain a standard dress code while attending the classes and the violating students will not be allowed to attend further classes.
- Director of the institute reserves the right to rusticate the student found indulging in acts prejudicial to the interest of the institute or involved in gross indiscipline immoral acts.
- It is compulsory for the student to take all weekly, monthly and spot tests. Students abstaining from these tests shall be dealt with punishments. Exemption to a student from the tests/examinations is permitted only in case of hospitalization.
- Students are required to maintain absolute self-discipline in the online classes. Violation of rules will result in severe disciplinary action against the offender including a warning of fine or suspension / expulsion from the institute , depending on the gravity of the offence. In case of expulsion, the student will forfeit all the deposits and shall not be eligible for any claim.
- The fee deposited will not be refunded, transferred or adjusted in any other account. If a student leaves the course in mid-term, he/she will be liable to pay the balance of fee for the whole course.
- Student must show respect and obedience to all members of the staff as well as the managing authorities of the institute or else it will tantamount to indiscipline.
